Jerry McClure Custom Knife Damasteel & Black Lip Tahitian Pearl Shell Linerlock
Jerry used some gorgeous Black Lip Pearl Shell for the Scales on this piece. The greens in them really jump out at you. The finish on them is smooth as glass and the fit to the bolsters is practically seamless. The "Dino Hide" Damascus used for the bolsters is a great choice because the pattern compliments the Damasteel blade and it seems to pick up some of the colors of the Black Lip Scales. The action is silky smooth and the lockup is early and secure. It's all topped off with a green jewel inlayed in the Thumbstud.
