Jack Levin Conversion Auto
Jack Levin and Bailey Bradshaw are the only top makers I know of that are using a single piece of material for the handle, hollowed out to take the blade, thereby giving the knife a great deal more strength than two scales and two liners screwed or pined together.
This Jack Levin knife has a conversion which allows the user to switch the knife from an automatic to a manual knife. Along the spine of the knife Chris Meyer has engraved the words "conversion to auto illegal". The knife's engravings also depict keys and a sword, or is it a cross? The front release tab renders a prompt and definite "click."
