Al Dippold Custom Knife Damascus & Carved Linerlock

This very attractive knife by Al Dippold is called the Chrysalis. Its scales are carved fossilized walrus ivory. The ivory is white but looks more like a cream color. It's very attractive and give a warm look to the handle.

The handle is about three inches long. The blade is 3 inches long and an unusual and beautiful pattern. There is an opal thumb stud with a liner lock.The liner lock and spine have been heat treated to a purplish hue. There is some file work on the back.
