Anyone who knows me knows my affinity for Scott Sawby Knives. In this week’s newsletter, we celebrate 50 years of Scott Sawby’s Incredible custom knife making. Here are a few examples of Scott’s work that are fully engraved, as well as a few beautiful examples of Scott’s work in the purest (unengraved) form as they left his shop. Scott has two specific knife locking mechanisms that he has patented, the self-lock and the button lock. Scott’s knives are so unique that they are recognizable from across the room at a knife show.
