Tony Bose Custom Knife Remington Bone R293 Hunter Trader Trapper Slipjoint
This is Tony Bose' rendition of the Remington R293 Hunter Trader Trapper Bullet Knife, 3 7/8 " version. The large R293 was only given away with a magazine subscription, not sold by Remington. For their own accounts they built and sold some in the 3 7/8" size.
This is one of a few that Tony Bose built in this frame size. Great pieces of Remington bone, smooth easy blade action, exactly as the original. Gorgeous small bullet shield. Both the clip and spey blades measure 3 1/8" each. 6000 grit hand finish as well. Impossible to find. A nice sized knife to carry and use.
