has been making custom knives since 1993.
John W. Smith is the sole author of this masterpiece.
He has hand forged the Damascus blade and frame for
this knife. John has inlaid 24K gold accents throughout.
The Sunburst pattern has been created by alternating
Black Lip Tahitian Pearl Shell with Mother of Pearl
Shell and separated each with 18K gold inlays. This art
dagger is finished with an 18K gold bail, 18K gold thumb
stud with a bezel set diamond. When you open one his
knives, they open with accuracy and effortlessly. John
was a full-time maker and has knives placed in some of
the world's finest collections. John is currently retired
and no longer making custom knives.
